Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This policy sets out uses that are not permitted when using our website, professional services, or the forthcoming Catalyst platform. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

2. Prohibited uses

You must not use the Services to:

• Break the law or infringe others’ rights, including intellectual-property rights.
• Upload or distribute malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data.
• Disrupt, overload or interfere with the Services or their infrastructure.
• Send spam or unsolicited communications.
• Harass, defame, or harm others, or process data you have no right to process.
• Circumvent usage limits, security or access controls.

3. AI-specific misuse

You must not use AI features to generate unlawful, deceptive or harmful content, to impersonate others, to produce disallowed advice presented as professional advice, or in any way that violates the rights of others.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your account, your users, and the content and instructions you provide. Review AI-assisted outputs before relying on them.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take proportionate action, including suspending or terminating access, and notifying authorities where required by law.

7. Changes

We may update this policy as our services evolve. The “Last updated” date shows the current version.
