This page is a plain-English summary for procurement and security teams. It is not a legal document — the detailed policies it links to govern in each area. AiMavrik does not claim any certification it does not hold.
1. What regulations do we consider?
- India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
- GDPR concepts (controller/processor roles, lawful bases, data-subject rights, international transfers) for clients and visitors in the EEA and UK.
2. How do we protect customer data?
We apply encryption in transit, least-privilege access, secure development practices, monitoring, logging and backups, and respond to incidents in line with applicable law. See our Security page, Privacy Policy, DPA and Data Retention Policy.
3. How is AI governed?
We use AI with human oversight and clear limits, described across AI Transparency, Responsible AI and AI Ethics. We do not use customer content to train models, and may use one or more trusted AI providers that can change over time.
4. Services vs. platform
For Professional Services we typically act as controller for relationship data and as processor when operating systems for you. For the forthcoming Catalyst Platform Services, you are the controller of your workspace content and we act as processor under our DPA.
