Platform Status
This website is owned and operated by Aimavrik Technologies LLP under the AiMavrik brand. In this document, “AiMavrik”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Aimavrik Technologies LLP.
1. Current status
Website: operational. Our public website and lead systems are running normally. This page is updated as our services and the Catalyst platform mature.
2. Catalyst platform
AiMavrik Catalyst is in active development and not yet generally available. As it launches, this page will describe how we report availability. We aim for high availability but do not publish uptime guarantees here; commitments, if any, are set out in your agreement. See our Service Level Principles.
3. Planned maintenance
From time to time we perform maintenance to keep services secure and reliable. Where maintenance may affect you, we aim to communicate in advance through appropriate channels.
4. Incident communication
If a significant incident affects a service you use, we will work to resolve it and keep affected customers informed. Security incidents are handled per our Security and Responsible Disclosure processes.
